The meeting will be hosted by Sue Kinlochan, our Chairperson. We intend to run the meeting via Zoom. We will send invitations (with full instructions) to all members who would like to attend. Please let us know by this Saturday so that we can email all invitations out to members on Sunday. 

To attend and participate online you will need to do so either by smartphone, tablet, or computer. As advised above, we will email invitations to members, which will include a link to the meeting together with the meeting ID and password. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to cast proxy votes and lodge questions.
