Tamsin is an experienced horticultural journalist, gardener, RHS Chelsea Flower Show Judge, co-chair of The Garden Media Guild, Director of Stockton Bury Gardens, Herefordshire and experienced speaker at home and abroad. She is author of Diary of a Modern Country Gardener (Feb 2020), the voice of the popular Candide ‘Fresh from the Pod’ podcasts and previous editor of The English Garden magazine.

Tamsin started her gardening career working alongside her great uncle, John Treasure, of Burford House Gardens in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, at the age of 16. She then went on to study at Sparsholt Horticultural College after which she became a parks gardener and greenkeeper. She is passionate about encouraging children and young adults to consider horticulture as a career option.
