'Mottisfont, A Rose Garden Paradise' - a talk by Michael Harvey, Senior Gardener at Mottisfont

Froxfield Village Hall 7.30pm

Michael Harvey is in charge of the Rose Garden at Mottisfont, Romsey, which was created in the 1970s by Graham Stuart Thomas - a leading figure in 20th-century British Horticulture. It is one of the most important collections in the world and is home to the national collection of pre-1900 shrub roses, flowering just once a year.

Michael worked under John Wood at Hinton Ampner and has worked with the National Trust for 10 years and gained a wealth of knowledge about the garden.
